Most companies willing to offer a licensing agreement (who can actually deliver) know the truth – Ideas are a dime a dozen. In fact, no matter how good you think your product is, there’s better products out there. There’s “easier” products out there. The “idea” part of inventing is the EASY part of inventing. “Executing an idea” is where the real work begins. It takes a staff of many, with every talent you can think of to successfully launch a new product. Yet, all the effort in the world will not guarantee success. If you could write a check to get a product launched, then we’d have 1000 products on the market. Money is NOT the solution. Money is but one tool necessary to successfully launch a new product. The other tools – TIME, TALENT and RESOURCES are the ones money simply cannot buy.
Companies (“real, capable” companies) offering you a licensing agreement to create, develop and market your product know that it will take LOTS of MONEY, LOTS of TIME, LOTS of TALENT and LOTS of RESOURCES to launch your product. Just Right Products LLC knows this from experience, not hearsay.
Quite frankly, launching a new product is a dreadful process, an overwhelming amount of work goes into launching new products which is why we are SO CAUTIOUS to say “YES” to any product. Why? Because we know what happens AFTER we say YES: Months, possibly years of creating, designing, changing, pushing, pulling, paying, talking, selling, pricing, discounting, begging, etc… and the list goes on and on.
We are not “Yes Men”. You cannot write a check to get into our club. We do not know everything. We are not a “good fit” for every product, nor every person. We prefer to under-promise and over-deliver. You will not receive any hype from us. Mostly, because we don’t have time to stroke your ego. We’re busy launching new products, and that leaves little time for anything else.
We are honest: If you have a viable product that we think we can help launch, then we’re all-in. If not, you can expect a detailed reason why we’re not a good fit. We’ll even recommend other service providers when we feel your product is good, but maybe not “right” for Just Right Products LLC. If our way of doing business appeals to you, then please read on.
GETTING STARTED – THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
Before submitting any information about your product, it’s important that both you and Just Right Products LLC have a clear understanding of each others roles and responsibilities. We realize your idea is precious to you, and needs to be safeguarded in every way possible.
The NDA/NC form protects both you and Just Right Products LLC. The form will need to be filled-in, signed and dated by you BEFORE Just Right Products LLC will consider any discussions or reviews regarding your idea. This form is a commonly used NDA/NC (Non-Disclosure / Non-Circumvent Agreement) that protects both parties. It cannot be edited in any way.
Without this form filled-in, signed, dated and submitted by you, Just Right Products cannot review or discuss your product in any form or fashion. We appreciate your understanding.
SUBMITTING THE NDA/NC FORM
Download, fill-in and sign the NDA/NC form, then fax it to 615-410-4257, or email it to submit@jrpsllc.com.
The form will then be signed and dated by a Just Right Products LLC representative, and a copy returned to you via email.
Just Right Products LLC will then provide you with an “Idea Submission Form” that will allow you to describe your idea in-depth.
You will submit the Idea Submission Form to Just Right Products LLC for a comprehensive “in-house review”.
If Just Right Products LLC feels it can assist you with your product, they may then request a preliminary phone consultation.
Please Note: It may take up to two weeks to respond to your initial NDA/NC submission. Not all product submissions result in a phone consultation. Submitting ideas to Just Right Products LLC does not guarantee a working relationship or licensing agreement with Just Right Products LLC, nor does it guarantee any level of success.
