Timothy R. Bourke is responsible for the creation of every Just Right Product. With four registered patents and many more products in the design and fabrication stages, Timothy is the heart and soul of Just Right Products.
Since 1994, Andrew S. Bourke has owned and managed five software companies, including the creation, development and sale of three Internet start-up’s. Andrew’s technical expertise and technology solutions provide a modern approach to marketing, communication and product distribution.

Dorothy Bourke
VP of Operations
Before Just Right Products, Dorothy Bourke spent 28 years in the medical industry organizing home health care solutions to thousands of patients in the Southeast Michigan area. Dorothy brings a “long-term” approach to the Just Right business operations, ensuring the team is focused on quality and integrity.

Richard R. Bourke
CFO
Prior to Just Right Products. Richard R. Bourke spent over 20 years as founder/president of multiple logistics companies. His role is key in the distribution of all Just Right Products merchandise from production facility to packaging house, from packaging house to retail buyer.
Jerry Payton brings 30+ years of retail distribution to Just Right Products. Jerry has worked as both a buyer and seller for some of the largest retail chains in the U.S. and Canada.
In addition to a degree in design/architecture, Jeff Smith’s ability to think ahead of the curve allows Just Right Products to reach large sectors of customers outside of regular wholesale distribution channels.

Brian Treanor

Brian Treanor brings over 20 years of manufacturing and service experience due to his various positions in dealing with city planners and local government agencies.
Tim Maxey brings over 15 years of software application development to the Just Right Team. Tim handles all the technical items required to keep Just Right Products ahead of the technology curve.

Executive Assistant
Sarah Kurtz acts as executive assistant to both Tim and Drew Bourke, along with accounting and customer support. Sarah’s previous experience as a Gold Level Technical Support Analyst with Dell Computer ensures our clients and vendors receive the best possible service.

Prototyping / Mold Production / Manufacturing
Florida Production Engineering is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company providing full service contract manufacturing solutions to the consumer, medical, industrial and transportation markets. As part of the Just Right Products team FPE is providing prototype support as well as leadership in manufacturing the injection molded product and packaging for final distribution and sales.
Damon and Brendan Weaver are owners and co-founders of XCentric Mold & Engineering, a leader in the plastic injection molding industry. Damon, Brendan and the great team at XCentric Mold have partnered with Just Right for the rapid design and prototyping of unique and trustworthy products.
